- Sapphire is generally valued among newbies due to the look, its similarity to Ruby in rarity and that it's generally easy to find, because of its notable blue colour.
- In real life Sapphire is a colour variations of corundum along with Ruby. Unlike Ruby, Sapphire can appear almost any colour of corundum the most notable being blue, however it can also appear green and other colours. The reason Sapphire can't be red is because red corundum is technically Ruby but not unlike Sapphire is considered it's own mineral.
